We take great pride in our reputation for quality and value in making sure you absolutely love your product. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, for any reason, we will most definitely offer a refund or exchange for new or gently used items within 30 days of receipt.
Please email us at love@aquareveal.com within 30 days of receipt if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase so that we can quickly resolve any issues. Please include your order confirmation number so we can track this back to your original method payment and issue a full refund.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping charges. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore, recommend you to opt in for a tracking number or parcel insurance.
Once we receive the items, we will refund you the entire purchase amount, less any initial shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued properly. Please allow adequate time for your refund amount to be processed back to your original method of payment.
Note: If you have purchased an Aquareveal™ product from any authorized retailers or unauthorized sources, we are unable to handle or process your return or exchange. Therefore, we recommend contacting the retailer or source directly.

How much is shipping? (Domestic USA orders)
For domestic USA orders: Shipping, taxes, and discounts will be calculated at checkout.
Complimentary shipping is offered with purchases over $15.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to continental United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Hong Kong via DHL. Note, Aquareveal™ is not responsible for any duties or tariffs regarding international customs issues.
For the United States we offer free shipping for all Aquareveal™ purchases above $30. For Canada we offer flat rate shipping for $20, and for other countries we offer flat rate shipping for $30.
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping may take 1 - 5 days to leave the warehouse from time of order. For orders less than 1 pound USPS First Class mail will be used which can take 1-7 days on average.
For orders above 1 pound USPS, Fedex, or UPS will be used where standard shipping times apply.
For international orders we will use USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx where standard shipping times apply.
