What skin types are Aquareveal™ products suitable for?
Our products work effectively on all skin types, including sensitive or problem skin, without disturbing skin barrier function, or the rate at which the skin loses moisture.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We are proud to offer products that are Leaping-Bunny Certified as it is our policy to never test on our furry friends.
What is the shelf life on your products?
All of our products have a shelf life of approximately 12 months.
ORDERS
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status by logging into your Account page. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been replaced and once again when your order has been shipped. For any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us at love@aquareveal.com
Can I use multiple promotional codes at checkout?
Our system only allows one promotional code per order during checkout.
SHIPPING
How much is shipping? (Domestic USA orders)
For domestic USA orders: Shipping, taxes, and discounts will be calculated at checkout.
Complimentary shipping is offered with purchases over $30.
Expedited shipping options are available and these options will be listed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to continental United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Hong Kong via DHL. Note, Aquareveal™ is not responsible for any duties or tariffs regarding international customs issues.
For the United States we offer free shipping for all Aquareveal™ purchases above $30. For Canada we offer flat rate shipping for $20, and for other countries we offer flat rate shipping for $30.
Do you ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses?
We are currently unable to support shipping to APO/FPO addresses overseas. We also cannot ship to PO Boxes as UPS requires a physical address where someone can sign for the shipment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Google Pay.
Do I have to pay sales tax? (USA orders)
By law, aquareveal.com charges sales tax on orders and shipping costs within the State of New Jersey. Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. Sales tax will automatically be calculated and added to your order during checkout, excluding shipping.
